Delete your MyTheos account
This page is for MyTheos users who cannot open the app. You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete account.
Request deletion by email
Send a request from the email address used for your MyTheos account. Include “MyTheos account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your MyTheos sign-in, cloud profile, leaderboard alias and scores, and the local MyTheos records on a device where you complete deletion in the app. A request sent by email can delete cloud account data; it cannot remotely remove records stored only on your device.
Records already written to Apple Health or Android Health Connect are controlled by those services and are not deleted by deleting your MyTheos account. The downloaded model is also kept on the device.
